At Minu Store, we take pride in offering high-quality organic superfoods and swadeshi products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Scenarios:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • The product is expired or close to expiry (less than 1 month shelf life remaining at the time of delivery).

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product quality.
  • Taste or personal preference issues (since our products are natural, taste may vary slightly).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Share the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • Reason for return or replacement
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Refund Policy

a. Approved Refunds

If your return is approved and we do not have a replacement in stock, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer (as applicable).

b. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • For eligible returns, we may arrange a reverse pickup (where available).
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item to our address. We will reimburse reasonable courier charges upon verification.
